You could try using a stool, where you can hold the fund of it, place right knee on it, and elevate and lower your left leg, as far to the gone as physically possible, going up and down in counts of ten... later doing the same for your right leg...
The best for me be standing straight, holding onto something, stretching leg behind, up down, up down. Loads of love pedal exercises. It's the ones that seem to be for your legs or butt, that help out the love handles though.

do sit ups but indtead of sitting up straight bend slightly to the side. It uses muscles call obletes (I think,) and serve cause the disapearence of love handle
Eliminate sugar from your diet. This includes pasta, rice, bread, potatoes, bananas, berries,etc. Trust me, this works, I lost 52 lbs. following that regimen. In less than 6 weeks.poof, they will be gone. There is sugar within almost all preserved foods and alcohol, so my best suggestion is to only drink fresh and frozen foods and check the sugar content.
Have you ever heard of the ripened dance call "The twist"? Ask a parent or a grandmother about it and hold them show the dance to you. Try it sometime and be committed within doing it, it may help. Also doing partly situps can help and adjectives down on sugars and pastries will help. That includes pop and alot of the munchies out within.
