No...drinking vinegar will make you sick though. Periods are controlled through hormones.
I don't expect so if it were it would be terribly hard to fine vinegar contained by a store because everyone would buy it.

no, i doubt it. even if it did though, it could not be good for you because 1) vinegar is not dutiful for you to just drink approaching that and 2) you don't want to tamper with that because drinking it will label it irregular and could hurt you seriously.
