Answer:
are you conversation about a gyno? Or a moment ago a regular doctor? If you go to a gyno you will hold to have a pap smear...Reguardless of what you've hear, they are not painful. It's worrisome at first, but they see the same entity many times a daylight for many abundant years. Every girl has to stir through it, and it's not a big deal I promise. It's also meaningful that you get regular pap smears to check for cervical cancer and other abnormality. Good luck, and don't be scared!! it's fine!!
I've be in that boat until that time, exams are nothing at adjectives to worry roughly, however the condition may be troublesome. They will probably test you for PCOS (poly cystic ovarian syndrome), from what you describe it sounds similar to you have the symptoms, and those horrible cramps that weren't ease with painkillers be probably a ruptured cyst (the pain is excruciating :( ). They just gave me an ultrasound and took blood from me for my exam (I be very startled too, but it wasn't anything bad). Good luck, I hope everything goes in good health. You should read up on PCOS, doctors might not be as helpful on it as you would reflect. Here is a great site on it: www.soulcysters.com
Ah, I did not go to a gyno for this, they may do some different exams. If you quality uncomfortable it isn't certainly necessary to see a gyno to get hold of diagnosed.
Just explain to the office that this is your first exam and they will stir over everything with you. They don't want you to be terrified or tense. They want to you be as comfortable as you can be, lower than the circumstances.
wear comfortable clothing to wear when you get nearby so you can easily money in and out. You hold nothing to verbs about. although it might be strange (having a doctor look down there and whatnot) it will be over hasty. they will probably need to see adjectives the way inside so they use a tool to "unstop you up", all you enjoy to do is stay calm and it won't hurt.
ask loads of question.
Going to a gyno for the first time can be nerve wracking. Just relax, it will solitary hurt if you're stressing about it. It isn't comfortable, but tolerable. Try making conversation near the doctor while he/she is "down there" and it will keep your mind past its sell-by date of it. Also, ask the doctor to run the forceps under some thaw out water if they are metal
