How many lbs can i lose if.?

how many pounds do you think i can lose in a week? I weigh 117 right now and am REALLY short so i am a bit pudgy so im not some freak who wants to be rediculously skinny, but it would be nice to be able to button my pants without having to suck in:

if i eat a bowl of cereal (1 cup cheerios) with skim milk (1/2 cup) for breakfast at about 8 am

A spinach salad (only spinach)with salad spritzers (10 calories for 10 sprays) and 1/2 a skinless chicken breast at 12

an apple for a snack at 3

and for dinner, a moderate amount of whatever we are having--a healthy option with at least one vegetable.

excercise: walk/ride bike at least 6 miles everyday, plus swimming laps a few times

i am hoping for 2 or 3, if not, how can i get it that way

you will most deff. succeed your goal or 2-3lbs. or even more if you do that.
