its possible it could be cysts which may or may not be serious. i had pains which sound like what you described and that is what it was for me, but they werent "horrible". just uncomfortable pain. i would tell your obgyn about it and he may want to do a sonogram. hope all is well. good luck :)
Well first that is not where your ovary is located. Based on your description of the location of the pain it sounds more like in the inguinal or the crease of your left leg. In either case I believe you may have a hernia. A femoral hernia is the most common in women or it can be an inguinal. Only a doctor can determine by exam. And if I am correct only surgery will correct, as a hernia will only get worse.
