Volleyball workout?

Volleyball is considerer a type of high cardiovascular exercise, hm what i can suggest is that you drink plenty of water, because to get in shape and stay in shape atheletes needs water more than anything else, eat lots of fruits/veggies with good amount of carbohydrates before your workout or volleyball game, like bananas, cucumbers, apples, kiwi.
A snack bar, like vector energy bar is great for in between meals.
You must eat a good breakfast, which determines your performance for the rest of the day, have like eggs, muffin, milk, or oatmeal, toast.
Lunch you can eat like rice, noodles, speghetti, with chicken breast, beef, or pork sometimes, with asparagus, potatoes, etc. drink alot of water milk and orange juice.
For dinner have something light, try not to over eat, because the extra food you eat at dinner, you dont move during your night of sleep, it turns to FAT ;'(
Dinner is your choice of carbohydrates, protein, combined meal.
and remember water is really important, have a water bottle with you al the time, drink water by the carters everyday, thats what i do :)
Your workout, should consist of running, sit ups, push ups, jumping jacks, swimming, something along those lines.
If you are an organized person who likes to get ahead and not lazy, wake up in the morning and run in the morning, bring a water bottle run on empty stomach, it will use your fat storage directly. If you are lazy run at evening/night time but it wont be as effective as you run in the morning.
Plan how many sit ups push ups you will do everyday, lets say you want to do 50/50 per day to start, after like a week you should have gotten better so you increase your limit to 100/100 a day, and so on, just work hard, and you will get there:)
