It works, I assume it takes roughly speaking 20 Min's to work, it just make them feel intensely horny and want to have sex. umm no those are called "date rape drugs" and the most adjectives is Rohypnol. they are VERY illegal.
they manufacture the girl (or whomever has them put into their drink) unconcious so the predator can rape or sexually misuse her.
