Sweety, the most significant thing for you to be is an individual. Confidence within yourself will always guide you and oblige you make decision. Always remember, in juvenile years, there will be plentiful thinks you will discern pressured to do; like, drugs, alcohol, dressing or looking a unique way, and if you hold confidence and your own individuality, you will know whats right or wrong.
As for your bra dilemma. i suggest you put on a padded one, and see how you grain. Then try on one without the filling. Whatever one makes you comfortable, later wear it. Feel comfortable, feel magnificent, and you're on the right track.

ask your mom honey. she is the best source of advice for any of this stuff and no woman requirements a padded bra be cheery with what you hold, i personally abominate padded bras
Of course, wear the bra if your friends are wearing one. For one article, the sooner you start to wear one, the longer it will take for your breasts to be droopy. You will be pleased when you bring back into your 30's or even 40's. You need a bra near a little filling and a little extra room. It won't be long back you will be filling it out.
Get your bra fitted, they will endow with you the right type.
Kiddo, if you want to wear the padded bra, you can wear the pad bra :) They tend to be more comfy sometimes anyways :)

Honey, wearing a pad bra is completely up to you. If it makes you get the impression better then wear it. If you are humiliated with the attention and don't requirement the extra, then don't.

go to target and win a couple different sizes and styles and see wich fells the best, wich is most comfortable.

It's really up to you. I have some pad bra's. I like them and I hold small boobs. The only point is,if you have really small boobs,after don't get an oversized bra. Make sure it fits you,later it won't look funny if you decide not to wear it adjectives the time. If you get one that's too big,after when you wear it it will look like you hold boobs and when your not wearing it you'll look flat. Don't worry almost what your friends are wearing,just be yourself and do what make you comfortable.
