Ok i am planning on going to planned motherliness subsequent week but i dont own and IL ID card?

If you don't own an ID card, most companies will take another form of ID such as a passport. The undamaged point in bringing ID is to clash a PICTURE with senate issued information.

Call them and ask what else you can bring. But aren't you a little young-looking to be needing anything from planned motherhood?
any of these other items should work. plus the are confidential i wasn't aware you had to provide your name.
Yeah, you could bring any of that... to be honest I don't remember need any of it my first time going down there, but I'm surrounded by idaho, so maybe the law are different there. If you want a photo id, use your passport. Really a short time ago bring all of it, if they entail it, they need it, except well consequently that works too!

i don't bring to mind planned parenthood asking me for ID, but i'm sure your passport would be fine since it is a political affairs document. You SS card should also be acceptable. I would bring both.
your passport should suffice. I wanna put surrounded by my pitch about using a diaphragm, that channel you don't have to put more hormones surrounded by your body. I loved it. Just ask them if you're interested.
