ok, this is sickly but when I was dieting and be 'stuck' my dietician told me to eat with the sole purpose one apple and a yogurt (and may be a small , very small piece of chocolate contained by the evening, and after dark nil and 2 litres of water at least) and it did the trick. but it's just for very short residence for a day and you're going to touch worn out. take some megavitamins too.
