Yes it is possible, years ago i new i be pregnant and went to the doctors i have 7 tests and everyone come back denial. The doctor then sent me straight to hospital be i had a blood examination which came spinal column positive. I went for a scan which they couldn't find the child and decided to operate and do a laparoscopy to look contained by my tubes.
On the home pregnancy tests.. for sure.. this is why is you suspect you are pregnant you see your doctor
