The trick is to pamper yourself during this time & nick pain killer just previously it starts.Follow directions on the label.I pinch ibu's.

Well considering I woke up with whats possibly the 'worst one yet' I enjoy to say I honstly have a sneaking suspicion that its the worst part of one a woman. lol : )
u get over it.but yes wen ur approaching 13 it sucks but once uve had it for years u grasp used to it and kno how to deal beside it. i dont use tampons or pads n e more and use a diva cup immediately and it doesnt leak, make me less worried in the region of periods lol.

I am 150% beside you! I hate period and everything that come with them! I am one of the unlucky ones who have heavy bleeding as okay as killer cramps where on earth I'm bent over and can't move while bawling my eyes out when no medicine or anything will aid. I totally understand you!
Actually, the most annoying sector is having to put up next to men's BS all the time. At most minuscule when you are a little girl you are protected somewhat by your parents and other adults. Once you become an fully developed, you are all on your own and men are the biggest bunch of annoying crap that you own to go through. A time of year only last for a few days and then go away for the rest of the time.
