What should i do to avoid dysmenorrhea?

i mean, if i could possibly avoid taking pills, i wanna know what to do before my period to alleviate the pain coz it's reallyk icking my butt..thanks

Answer:
If you put a heating pad on your stomach it usually helps, eating bananas also helps because it breaks down the clots and whatnot to make it easier when it goes through your fallopian tubes. Light exercise helps as well. Avoid caffeine because it will make cramping waaaay worse. Herbal caffeine-free tea works awesome because it calms you down and the heat passes onto the cramps and helps.
