The restriction on sex is to prevent trauma to the cervix during intercourse. Obviously you don't need to own intercourse to have an orgasm, so own at it.
It amazes me how little women know about their bodies.
Your cervix have NOTHING to do with an orgasm. So yes, you will still be capable of make the "O" face..
