Why do big women try to make small women feel silly for following a diet?

Probably a combination of jealousy and embarrassment at their own size.
idont even know.wish i knew. they're always telling me to eat .
Jealousy. Fatties are jealous of normal sized and small women.
Insecurity.
Well, it is silly. If you're slim, you should not be dieting; you should simply be eating good food and living a healthy lifestyle. Diets are specifically tailored to help you lose weight - and if you have no weight to lose, you're simply abusing your body.
Dieting and eating healthy are two completely different things. Obese people need to diet. Slim people do not.
Following a health plan and being on a diet are two different things. Regardless of what some people think, just because you are a big person does not mean you are jealous or envious of smaller people . But alot of size 10 and smaller people obsess about dieting when in fact they are a normal weight and look beautiful as is. If it is a particular person continually making you feel bad maybe that person does not know how there comments are making you feel silly.
