Depends on if she has itching and/or a foul odor. If she does not own either of these things it is probably everyday. Women usually have different kind of discharge depending on where they are surrounded by their monthly cycle. But, as always, when surrounded by doubt go see your doctor! :)

If it is white it could be any an infection, if it is clear and stretchy it is cervical fluid = ovulating. Then again it could be just her body cleaning it's self = discharge. If it have a green or yellow color she desires to see the doctor.
