You don't say what your friend is worried almost - is it STDs, fertility or something else?
It is possible to have convinced STDs and no symptoms (chlamydia), it is also possible to be infertile but appear perfectly nutritious and have regular period. But that doesn't mean you should become enthusiast in looking for things that aren't within.
