Answer:
Are you certain that this fluid is coming from your bladder? I just want to make sure you're not leaking amniotic fluid!

If you're certain that it's urine, there's not really much you can do. You could try doing Kegal exercises (ask your doctor about this first, though), which is just clenching and unclenching the muscles that control when you urinate and orgasm. Besides that, you may want to look into an adult incontinence product for the remainder of your pregnancy, because a leaky bladder is a pretty common problem for women in the last term of pregnancy.
Have you tried depends? It won't stop the leaking but it will help with leakage.
a leaking bladder is normal when pregnat.what you can do is empty your bladder more frequently!i do this and it works for me.i talked to my doctor about it and thats what ahe suggested i do.it really does help.other than that, you can try wearing pantyliners on a daily basis.its easier to change those than it is to change underwear every time you get wet.i am pregnat with baby #6 so the doc said my bladder needs a "tuck".i wont have it done until after i give birth.i wish you luck with this problem and with your baby.
YOU SHOULD TRY KEGEL EXERCISES, WHEN YOU GO IN TO GO PEE START AND THEN STOP THE FLOW OF URINE THEN DO THAT REPEATEDLY AND IT WILL HELP YOU NOT LEAK... IT IS ALSO GOOD FOR AFTER THE BABY SO YOU CAN TIGHTEN BACK UP.
Sorry it took so long to answer. A leaking bladder is a completely normal side effect of pregnancy. Not to say that there isn't anything going on since I do not know your health, but a normal healthy pregnancy in many cases will include a few leaks. A panty liner will usually handle it. it was worst for me when I got out of bed and had a full bladder from that water bottle by the bed.
Also, after the baby is born, you will have the same issue. Do those kegels!
