Yes you will be greatly very irregular the first year. You may not achieve your next one for a couple months or you could find it any time. Also not all women enjoy a 28 day cycle. Mine be anywhere from 32 -36 days apart.
It's most likely average. Anything can affect a woman's cycle: stress, illness, diet, exercise. Don't verbs 3-4 days is absolutely zilch! Some women skip a whole month. Don't verbs, you're fine. :-)

Yes, thats majority...your cycle can change from the slightest things that happen to your body. First years are most of the time like that, it happen to me when I first got mine 2 afterwards I went 2 the doctor she said it be normal.
