Ladies Please!?

Okay..My boobs seems to own gotten "saggy" lately...When i get my menstrual time of year, my breasts swell alot..and i guess its because it was from it swelling and going wager on to normal so much! But, i also judge it could be the type of bras i use..usually i go to target and carry those padded bras..I ponder the bra has something to do near it for some reason..but in a minute im wearing a sports bra..im not that old..im within my beg.20's..thats y im worried! is here anything that helps my breasts to "dance back to normal" or "tighten up"? Thanks!

Answer:
I feel you should measure yourself and bring back the right bra size that might have something to do next to it. Also maybe your retaining hose. Alot of times, I know I will gain 5-10lbs. and it will be nothing but hose down weight gain. Us women tend to hold more hose. Try taking a water pill to extract the fluid you might be retaining. Good luck.
exercise. stop worrying almost it. go wallow in life.
you could be wearing the wrong bra size. i would suggest getting a bra fitting at victoria's not to be disclosed or another store. also you may need a bra beside more support.like an underwire.
butterfly curls exercise and wearing a bra ALL the time
You hold to wear a good supporting bra and you can also exercise your pectoralis muscles which are the ones that support your breasts.
not wearing a bra that provides polite support is the cause of baggy breast at your age you might fill within a little more and if you wear a biddable support they may tighten a little!
Maybe skin firming lotion. I hold seen some formerly in a catalog for breasts n it be supost to tighten them and like pilfer them back to that elesticy surface or something like that.
sleep beside your bra on. that will help, atleast thats what they said on the tyra show. Because gravity is other working, that when you sleep, gravity is pulling your breasts down which causes them to be saggier.
