Run. At least a mile 3-5 days a week. Ive done it and lost 30 lbs in 3 months. Think what you can do in 6!! Anyhow, run and then do some wight training 3 times a weeks for about 30 minutes.
That should do it.
also, eat breakfast, a snack, lunch, a snack, then dinner and a snack. try to keep it under 1200-1500 calories a day. You'll look and feel great!! 3 months, watch!
