when I was that age I be really self concious about that, but as I get older I realize that it's just part of a set of maturing and you get used to it. When your a kid you hold a little girls vagina and later you go through puberty and it's similar to BAM what is this huge ugly mess between my legs? Do you mean your labia is a bit swollen from over stimulation?? Just tender it a day or two. It should be fine. If your underwear bothers you, don't wear any! Definitely wear cotton underwear at adjectives times, except maybe during foreplay and dressing up ;). Cotton underwear is the best because it let's your vagina 'breath' and isn't as expected to give you infections.
