Hey, I am 14 years old; I am 5.5 and 2 stone overweight. For the recent past 4 months, I have be acting very strange, I haven’t been my self. I own been trying to lose counterbalance since I was 12, I enjoy never been joyous with my body, I am deeply paranoid. I have be getting really depressed about my weightiness. I found out about wet fasting, so I thought I would try it, I enjoy been river fasting for a week and 2 days, I own lost nearly a stone, but the problem is that I am very cold, and I hold been have blackouts, I am very stunted, and I sleep all the time, I don’t shift out with my friend after college or on weekends anymore, I just sleep when I take home from school, I enjoy no energy to do anything, even when I going up and down the stairs I lose my animation. I don’t really care though; adjectives that matters is that I am losing shipment. I have be acting very unexpected for the past couple of days; I own started buying calorie books, and looking at how many calories are surrounded by all the foods contained by my house. I try to keep my self busy so I don’t construe about food, I would verbs the house, and sort out all the food surrounded by my cupboards and put them in adjectives neat, I even put them within order by how several calories they have surrounded by. I think I am going crazy. After the 1st week of my fast, it has get really easy for me very soon because I don’t feel approaching eating anymore. I don’t want to drink anymore; I am too scared that I will put on freight. Is all this regular?

The reason why you hold no energy is because you're not ingestion. Eating fuels your body. Eat healthy and exercise, but don't over do the exercising. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, but also net sure you're taking in carbohydrates, as in good health. Carbohydrates really fuel your system and give you vigour. Stay away from all trans fat and saturated fat. Those are the "bad fats", especially trans fat, but make sure you're consumption enough of the "angelic fat", unsaturated. Avoid eating closely of red meat (beef).

If you do plan on starting to exercise, do some cardiovascular excerising, such as jogging. Do not over do that, though! And manufacture sure you have plenty of dampen on hand if you do prefer to take up jog.
A sensible, healthy diet beside adequate physical exercise will do impossible to tell apart , a bit slowly I agree, but not at the cost u r paying!

Well, I know you want to lose weight but this is not the on top form way. No wonder you enjoy no energy. You enjoy no fuel going into your body. You need to guzzle! Make yourself start eating something. Try little portions several times a daytime. It also sound resembling you may have some depression going on. If that continue you need to see your doctor. You own your body all out of wack by trying to starve yourself. Please try to get through and take caution of your body the healthy course.
No you need to devour food asap! just start sour small like a piece of fruit and little by little increase your meal size, but stay in shape don't back down. Once you are drinking correctly and feel better and hold energy start excercising calmly like walking a block 3 times a week and build it up. I would also suggest seeing a doctor to take home sure that your body is fine after 'water fasting'. Good luck

you need to put away food you nitwit so you can have vitamins and nutrients.youre blacking out because of hunger and weak because you hold no energy because you havent eat anything.
maybe you should enjoy asked a doctor the best way to lose immensity instead of using half arsed methods.you wanna die?hold to that old hose diet...wanna see what u will look like if this so call 'diet' continues...the water diet method is for ancestors like celebs/wrestlers who want to lose weight over a short extent of time for movie roles/tournaments
