Best form of birth control for cramps?

i recently get off birth control because i be no longer having sex, on the other hand i forgot after being on the pill for 4 years how unpromising cramps can be so i want to go posterior on. Recently i've heard give or take a few "the ring" and it sounds great (not having to remember to pinch the pill everyday)...but would it still be as good as the pill for cramps? if anyone finds some moral websites about this please post them...i can't find any on this specific issue...gratefulness!

Answer:
I just want to say aloud that cramps are not a very devout reason to stay on birth control considering the weaken and risks that go along next to it. I am a firm believer in alternative birth control methods even for women who are sexually involved. Take some ibuprofin and deal next to it. I was on the shot for 7 years and didn't even own a cycle the entire time. It sucks, but it's all a part of the pack of being a women and specifically a gift. Your long residence health should be more critical then a few days of cramps evrey month. Try a heat pad. Running or jog helps too. You can find lots of ways to achieve rid of cramps honey.
www. womensring. org. www. womenshealth. com the ring you are talking give or take a few is not safe from getting pragnet . surrounded by my opion?
the best advise i can present you is... go wager on on the pill swty.
