It could be that your extra mass prevented the normal period at that time and now that your body immensity is going down that its beginning to work again. You really have need of to talk to a doctor roughly this and make sure that you don't give somebody a lift chances of getting pregnant surrounded by the meantime (unless that's what you want!).

You are 42 years ancient.......ps... did you think of the possibility that you are surrounded by peri-menopause now? Why not see your doc and bring your hormones tested?

Go see your doctor. sounds to me approaching Menopause coming a bit early. don't pilfer chances beside your health.
i deliberate u should go see a doctor. conceivably u didn't hit menopause yet and ur surgery cause it to stop for a while and now it come back because your insides are heal
