Does any one know how to tone muscle in haste?

im 5'1" 100 lbs and i dont want to gain anymore weight so i necessitate a diet and exercise schedule that will lend a hand me maitain my weight or gain muscle, but lose excess weight.

Answer:
If you have access to a gym or some chief weightlifting equipment, make your workouts out to include lots of reps at a low/medium shipment. Whereas "maxing out" makes you capture big faster, low reps at low weight burn obese and tone.
I toned my arms and shoulders by playing my son's Donkey Kong game using the Bongo controllers. Boy does that bestow you a work out!
