Going to the doctor on friday.......
By the way, if you're of late going to tell me that I'm too youthful to have sex and I should bargain to my parents about it, or anything resembling that, then please shut up because I've hear it all and I don't want to hear it again. Sorry to be rude.
thank you!
Answer:
Being too young at heart to have sex to someones own personal evaluation. At least you're trying to protect yourself somehow! Some states rise and fall on what the whole patient/doctor confidentiality agreement is, but for the most section, as long as you are the age of consent in your state, the Dr. doesn't own to tell your parents anything. You can benevolently inform your doctor that you don't want your parents to know, and they have to oblige.
As far as the prescription piece goes, adjectives you need is a political affairs issued ID - like a driver's license or a state ID - and you can pick up your own prescription. If you'd resembling, you can even fill a prescription over the internet and consequently go into the store to bring back it. My sister was 16 when she get on birth control. My mom didn't know. She filled everything out online and picked it up herself. No question asked!
Walmart has $4 prescriptions btw :-) Good Luck on Friday!
When I go on birth control I was going on for 15 i think. Anyway, I go to the doctor to get the prescription, remunerated for the doctors visit and go and got the prescription jam-packed myself, and paid for that too. My parents didn't find out
very well, there are a few reasons you can move about on birth control without have sex. If you're under 18, the doctor will hold to get assent from your parents to give you a perscription for birth control. Here's how you catch around the whole sex factor... Birth control can backing with unexpected periods. If you're extent is unpredictable it will help tender you a normal cycle. It also clears up any acne problems. Acne can give up permanent scar on your face if it's doomed to failure enough. Also, I used to hold painful period but not since I've been on the pill. Plus, birth control pills also back control PMS symptoms so you aren't a total b*tch. Your mom or dad will have to administer the doc permission so you HAVE to chat to them about this.
For one point, i think your a highly intelligent person, self responsible, and taking action, BEFORE you may carry pregnant. there is nil worse in this world hon, than have a baby that not a soul wants . it does not business what age you are, now every parent know, that once a person have started to have sex, they can't basically stop, because someone says so to. when you travel the doctor, please tell him/her your situation, he probably will supply you sample pack, they cost nothing, and it's still confidential .(planned parenthood) is a another great place to stir for help, they will minister to you get the birth controll you stipulation. I hope this helps, and I'm sorry that you can't chitchat to your mom. I had a freind that be in a similar situation as you, she completed up pregnant, and I had to oblige her go through an abortion, I hold 3 children and got pregnant on the pill twice, so please maintain in mind it's NOT 100%. nought is. I hope this helps you.
There are different scenario here. If you go to the doctor, alone, and obtain the prescription, alone - your parents aren't going to know. You can take it to the pharmacy and reward for it yourself, which will also prevent them from knowing.
If you have an insurance card from your parents' plan and use that at the pharmacy, next they will be able to find out if they check any insurance claims that they've have. You can use the insurance card at the dr's office, because that will only show up as you went to the dr. They can't receive anymore details about what you asked around during your visit.
If you aren't comfortable letting your parents know that you are going to own sex, are you SURE that you're really old plenty? I know you said you didn't want to hear it, but it needs to be said. Plus, it could be cheaper for you if you can use their insurance!
If you own low blood pressure or very bleeding periods it might be worth chitchat to your parents as the pill can be the best thing for this. That agency you don't have to slouch and you don't have to verbs.
If you are having sex, please net sure its with someone who really care about you and that you are doing it soundly. And I would still recommend a condom or similar, STD's and pregnancy are not funny. I don't agree with pre-maratel sex, but I can have a handle on it. Your desire to go on the pill does show a dutiful level of readiness.
