how can i lose 1+ pound a day.

i usually eat over when i'm full.by eating until i'm barely full and exercising...can you lose weight?

It isn't healthy to lose a pound a day... 2 pounds per week in the average if you want to keep it off!! Just eat healthy, small meals a day, and exercise.
burn more than you consume, one pound= 3500 calories. so to burn a pound a day you need to burn an extra 3500 calories more than you consume. That can be hard, unless you do lots and lots of exercise.
