Panic Attacks, Anxiety?
Answer:
I enjoy the same problem that started when I be 18yrs old. I tried to give an account my mom about it at the time but I guess I didnt explain myself so resourcefully because she just laugh a little when I told her that I feel like I have permanent stage fright <not an actor>. I lately learned to matter with it for a long time but when I get into a car coincidence it got so intense that I could no longer drive, lately the thought of driving would send me over the top badly (heartpounding crying stomach upset)
I agree to this go on for almost eight years! When my husband couldn't lift being the inherited choffer anymore he told me I had to start driving again and that be finale!
I spent weeks literally ill (the worst) the unharmed process of getting my license felt resembling the end of the world!
That be a almost a year ago. The first few weeks of driving alone were very bad I felt similar to a deer caught in the headlights!...Slowly but surely I become more confident, I still panic sometimes but I only tell myself that its ok to be startled but not to let it cloud my judgement, and when it get overwhelming I just verbs over and relax & BREATH!

Anxiety Attack is a normal physiological counterattack to stress. It helps one buy and sell with tight situations. In general, it help one cope. However, when anxiety becomes excessive, irrational dread of everyday situations, it will become a disabling disorder. You should call round a doctor so you can get some meds to lower down your anxiety plane.
Hi! Sorry to hear you are feeling unpromising. If you want to try some self-help, the following steps should help get rid of (or significantly reduce) your panic attacks:
1. Breathe properly - if you control your breathing, you control frenzy. As soon as you notice the signs of anxiety, check your breathing: breathe within slowly through your nose pushing your tummy out (to the count of 5 or so). Breathe out slowly and for a bit longer (to the count of 7 or so) through your mouth. Do not breathe hastily or shallowly (in the chest area). This will soon restore the balance of oxygen and you will have a feeling a lot better.
2. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy! CBT is proven to be the most potent thing for anxiety. It take a bit of work, but it is super effective. (After 15 years of madness attacks, mine stopped completely). You can take a course for free online at: http://www.livinglifetothefull.com/... It have been funded by NHS Scotland and have had great results thus far.
3. Try relaxation exercise tape (progressive muscular relaxation). They really help if you practise regularly enough. This site have instructions on how to do it without the tape (and other useful info): http://www.cci.robustness.wa.gov.au/resource...
With each step, practise make perfect. I hope you surface better soon. Best of luck!
