thats depend how big it is, i know a friend htat hold one and the doctor cuted her tit off, and she still alive that be like 5 years ago. but yes you hold to take movements inmediatly.
It really just depends on what loving of ulcer it is, most ulcer are easily treatable and supportable though. So try not to worry too much.
