Lower belly portly?

Anything I can do to get rid of it.
Everything is fine excpect my sides and lower belly plump that really ruins the look of my stomach.

Time and exercise. Then if that doesn't work, Surgery!
to get rid of lower belly obese, try reverse crunches. Lay down on the floor, or a mat, and raise your arms straight out above your cranium (but still parallel to the floor). Then using the strength of your stomach, slowly raise your legs bad the ground, and slowly bring your knees towards your chest.

try doing 3 sets of 10 a day or as oodles as you can do without straining yourself or pulling a muscle =) .

Or, you can try the plank, and feign flat on the floor ( arms out just similar to above) and lift your legs past its sell-by date the ground( only a few inches) and constrict your muscles, to win them to work out more.

Same repetition.

hard work. i enjoy that too, and it takes a LOT of not easy work & determination. if you really want to get rid of it you inevitability to run & do sit-ups constantly. there isn't any trouble-free way out or any shortcuts to getting rid of lower belly solid.
