Height after puberty?

I heard from a website that if you own had your spell for 2 years or more, you won't grow anymore (as in height)
Is that true?

Generally speaking i.e. true. But it really does vary personage to person.
u stop growing around the age of 16
Sounds approaching my story. I stopped growing, in largeness, right around that same time.

I was other one of the 3 tallest girls in my class at conservatory but by the time I graduated (and now), I be completely average. Everyone else caught up near me, lol.
