My interval plus the coast equals disater. Help please girls?

Okay So I am leaving for the coast tomorrow for a week with my friend and her kinfolk. (my mom won't be there) and i should also get my length tomorrow. I already told my friend I would go to the coast with her. If i backout in a minute she'll ask why. If i go and don't swim she'll ask why. What should I do? Anything would be appreciatted!! Thanks!

Answer:
Well, there' s no root why just have your period should hold on to you from swimming. There's absolutely no pretext not to do that just because you are menstruating. If your flow is in particular heavy, use a super tampon or include a pad inside your suit. If not, only just changing your tampon frequently should keep hold of you from spotting. Go! Have fun!
well you hold one week to learn how to work a tampon! you wil be fine dont verbs
Wear a tampon
Use a tampon. All you have to do is pick up some tampons to use for swimming.
Use a tampon. Dont verbs if you still a virgin because they make them for that too. Just go and get the little ones. Tampax is the best for starters. Hope this helps
You can wear a tampon and still know how to swim.
I used to feel exactly indistinguishable way, but very soon i use tampons. I am 14 years old, & i simply started using them..at first the idea kinda startled me, but now i love them..especially since i live by the seaside. I reccomend tampax pearl...they're the best!

hope this helps.
you should use a tampon. take playtex.
Take your pads or tampons and use them. You may not be capable of go swimming (unless you use tampons) but you can be in motion wading, and you'll hold LOTS OF FUN. You'd better get used to 'doing things' when you own your period, because you're going to hold one a month (unless you are pregnant) for MANY YEARS TO COME. So, go to the seaside, put on your 'bathing suit' (and PLEASE USE LOTS OF SUNSCREEN, and apply more every hour) and HAVE FUN with your friend and her relatives. And if she asks why you aren't 'swimming' tell her it's your time of year and you use pads, so you don't want to swim and bring 'blood' in the sea. She's a girl, too, and if she doesn't have period yet, you will be a 'good role model' to her if you purely go and own fun ...
a tampon should help because you can do any common everyday activities beside them. if your worried about other things (like PMS) later you can pick up an over the counter med for it. the best one is called PMS formula you can gain it at your local dollar general ^^ hope that help
I would be honest w/ Mom. If she thinks it is ok, later wear a tampon. They are not hard to use. Directions are on the box.
tampons are really graceful to put in. merely make sure that you are kinda drizzly so they will slide in well. you could wear board shorts too, so in bag you bleed through, no one will rly see. merely change regularly. you should be fine!
By beach do you tight freshwater or salt hose down? DO NOT GO INTO SALT WATER IF YOU ARE ON YOUR PERIOD. It dramatically increases your odds of getting attacked by sharks. I'm markedly very serious.
tampons are the best entity that ever happened. and if ur restless tampex pearls are great.
