Is chocolate good or bad for taht time of month?

and what else is or isnt?

what about salty things?

Answer:
Chocolate releases pheromones and chemicals in your body that "help" you during that time of month.
makes no difference, raspberry leaf tea will relax your cervix muscles and you can mix sweeteners in it if you wish, it has little flavor. other than that, food matters very little
hey i have to say i love chocolate but that will get u fat? but hey if u really want it then yes.salty nah i dont think u should do that i think sweet stuff is better 4 that time of tha mounth
yes, chocolate releases important chemicals during that time.
Avoid caffiene and greasy foods.
heat packs are awesome
get pleanty of sleep, drink LOTS of water
try green tea ;)
advil is really good.
Anything with caffeine in it is BAD for you when you have your period.

Chocolate contains caffeine, therefore it is bad for you.

Although it does soften your blood it still has that caffeine.

Other things that are bad are..
Candy
Sweets
Sodas
Tea of course (sorry)

Anything with caffeine.

Other foods are good for you, except fast foods of course but salty foods should'nt be a problem at all :)
actually chocolate has caffeine in it, which isn't so good, because caffeine is a diuretic which makes you pee, and you need to be well hdrated through that process, but there are chemicals in chocolate which block certain nerve receptors in your brain, just like drugs do, and that helps you feel better. Ever heard the term chocoholic? Yep, chocolate is just as much a drug as it is a food... kinda like a platypus is a mamal, with fur, but it has a bil and lays eggs, like a bird. Anyway.. what was I talking about? oh yeah, masturbating and having an orgasm relaxes cramped uterun muscles, and studies have also shown it to prevent or lessen the severity of endometriosis. Salt isn't so bad because it makes you retain water, which your body is doing anyway, a.k.a. "bloating" which is fine because you need to be hydrated. Some women actually take water pills that make them pee so they don't get bloated, because they think it makes them look fat, but that's not healthy because your body really needs the extra fluid at that time.
