Answer:
It will regulate after time, if this is all unknown you just hold to ride it out. Periods are a strange thing and unless your surrounded by severe pain to the point you can't move consequently I would just try some tampons, and if entail be double up with a plug and wad together. If it lasts forever and your contained by terrible stomach-ache call your Dr. if, welcome to the wonderful world of woman hood! Its a curse I report ya!
use pads or tampons
Since you in recent times started your period, you probably aren't used to it even so. After acouple of months, you shouldn't be as annoyed with it. As for the fancy, try tampons for awhile instead of pads; however, don't forget to adjust them every 6 hours.
that really sucks for you
Birth control pills will help. There's also a drug call Meclomen, it's an NSAID like Aleve or Advil, but it does something extra - it give you lighter periods. Ask your doctor something like it, you might really benefit from it!
Everyone bleeds a different amount and that is regular, especially when you have lone had a few period. If the clots are really big, (like the size of a half dollar coin), phone your doctor. As for the gushing feeling when you screech, trying a tampon instead of a pad can minister to with that. Good luck!
Sorry to right to be heard but all that sounds middle-of-the-road. You could try tampax and see if they help. Change your wad every few hours and get the substantial ones that have wing. (not pretty but they work). The more active you are the smaller amount of a period you will hold or at least that is to say the way it works for me. Good luck and reaction to the joys of womanhood.
There's a process you can change it, but it's drastic.
Drink a gallon of sea a day
Replace adjectives meat, dairy, eggs and fish with soy
Eat lots of unbroken grains, fresh fruits and unprepared veggies
Cut out all sweeteners
Take mineral supplements and vitamins
Get plenty of exercise each day ( walk, run, swim, tango, etc.)
You'll start seeing results by the first month.
Good luck!
Make an app. w/ur doctor
It seems similar to your period is everyday, especially at your age. You're young and you merely started so it's alright for it to be different. Everyone's period are different. I have gotten blood clots and I still do return with them. They're normal especially at the launch, but I would talk to your doctor to be paid sure you don't have a condition. I've also have the porblem with blood stained underwear, as I'm sure most women hold. What I do is if I've stained my underwear, before I be them I'll put Shout or stain-lifting detergent on it and that usually gets rid of that. I also kepp two pairs of underwear that aren't as nice which i designate as my "term underwear" and only wear them when I achieve my period. That road, it doesn't matter as much if I return with a little blood on them. And I also don't dirty up as several pairs of nice underwear. I would suggest cotton underwear as they breathe. Then as it gets lighter, I wear pantie's liner so I dont get that problem.
When you first grasp your period it can go and get off outline and do weird things. Plus, your probably unacquainted to it yet. Birth control pills, and other medication can help cut back you period. You probably call for to start using tampons. You are not the only one if it is bugging you that much you might want to consider seeing your doctor nearly this.
Try taking ibprofene (spelling*) It makes your flow lighter, or you can have a chat to your doctr about putting you on birth control, but I assume you are still young-looking.
Another thing that could also facilitate is the pill, if thats a possibility. It will shorten your periods lessen the flow and lug away the majority of the pain.
