I am have trouble falling asleep? PLEASE HELP!?

Hi, you probably have a disease call 'Insomnia' which is when your brain is thinking too hard roughly speaking things, even when you try to relax it and you cannot get to sleep for hours because although you ARE tired, your body is trying to convince you that you are not.
I hold this too, and if you go to your doctor he can subscribe you next to sleeping pills, because there isn't much else you can really do.
But, also try excerscising purely before bed, and have a glass of milk so you are concentrating on smaller number things, and the excerscise puts your body to sleep a bit.

a cup of hot milk will do wonders.
try to not get up up at 2 p.m. wake up ar ound 9 and you will be so tired you'll drip asleep earlier trust me i am 14 and hold the same problem

sleepinal is a over the counter non narcotic capsule that anyone can by. Sometimes you can perceive a little graugy contained by the morning but it works.
Okay, this is common item, there is nought to worry.. A thaw out glass of milk formerly you sleep would be of help.

set your alarm clock to get up more rapidly then 2pm...try no next then 9am and consequently get up no situation how tired you are. That should make it easier the subsequent night for getting to sleep before..
You might also want to try a meditation system.. I usually lay back and dream of I am in a big pond or ocean and slowly sinking, watching the side above me as I softly drift deeper and deeper sinking like a fern to the bottom. It gets dark and darker and after I touch bottom feeling the cool soft lagoon bottom and slightly my body sinks into that and I imagine how nice it feel on my skin.. as I lay there.. I usually go past out before I touch bottom..
But that sort of meditation help you mind slow down reducing the Alfa waves your brain is making because of the days accomplishments.. which makes it easier to plummet a sleep..

two, if you wake up in advance, then you should know how to fall asleep.
three, if you try reading within bed, and just permit yourself fall asleep reading, next you shouldn't have any problems. if you are sleepy finally after reading, and next you get up and waddle, you are just wake yourself back up again.
