Breast pain??
Seriously ... I have extremely tender breasts for about a week or so beforehand a period, I lately had a Merina coil fitted. Will this facilitate? and if not what will serve? I am already taking evening primrose oil each day but has not help.

I believe that when your hormone balance have been restored the your breast discomfort will disappear
I have completely painful breasts until that time my period but over finishing two months it got worse. I be already taking EPO. However, an alternative therapist recommended a higyh dose Evening Primrose Oil (try Healthspan on the internet) together next to Starflower. It has completely sorted me out. Think you are taking standard strength EPO which is not fitting enough. Good luck.
no it won't serve! i have that. it's zilch to worry about--but if you are slightly worried after see your doctor...he/she'll tell you the diagnoses!
dont verbs bout it hun, its normal its only water retention. you can draw from tablets to ease the misery from the chemists. plus you need to be taking evening primrose for a while b4 they work. xx it'll be ok

no marina coil dont give a hand but i changed my coil to the copper one and these seemed to assist slightly.but this does give you heavier period if you already have creamy ones
