Put a hot water bottle wrapped within a towel on your stomach for a while. It'll gradually settle down the pains down.
If that fails, own a warm tub.
or buy Cura-Heat (it's like a hot sea bottle, but it stays on your stomach).
Walking and doing other kinds of exercise lend a hand, too, even though you might not feel upto doing it.

Hot soothing drinks like tea can sometimes comfort. Try laying the heat pad on your stomach. Also, I've just this minute found that Premysyn PMS works wonders, not just for cramps but bloating, backache and other symptoms. Have you tried Motrin? It's be working wonders for me for years and my cramps used to be excruciating. Hope this helps :-)
ably, if you have the time, thieve aspirin and lay down with your foot elevated. don't know why, but it works
o girl ive been in attendance...i mean i seize killer cramps that don't even allow me to want to receive up... best bet would probably take midol, and put a warm/hot towel on your belly nouns...
remember pain killer can be addictive so don't take too plentiful because then your body will capture use to them.

Ok... this one I know. Try to take some advil or tylenol only before your cramps set contained by. It helps to stop them from starting at adjectives. (Not too helpful presently though I know.) Ask your doctor about going on birth control for that drive. That's why I went on it and it help so much. And shortens the time you're on your preiod. Try some exercise..I know it hurts unbelievably, but having some exercise, even if it's lately getting up and walking around for a few miuntes always seem to help. Bananas assistance too...potasium. And don't take asprin- it's a blood thinner.

Poor thing. Ouch. Ouch. Ouch. I have such unbelievable cramps when I be a teen that they gave me shots that put me out. Horrible dysmenorrheah. And regardless of what everyone say, no, it didn't get better when I go on the pill and it didn't get better after I have a child, or two, or three, or four . . . or even five.
Advil liquigels are your very best friend. Make sure you seize the liquigels. There really is a difference. You can safely lug three if the pain is really severe. Just don't do that for an extended time.
There are alot of misery relievers that can help...Ibuprofen, Naprosyn, Pamprin, Midol,..purely to name a few. If you drink Caffeine, cut fund. I found that when I took no-doz once while on my period, my cramps be KILLER!! I also like the suggestions of thaw bath/shower and water bottles to the tummy. I remember reading somewhere, also, that exercise can help relieve cramps too, though I can predict if you're already in distress, that may not be something you'd want to be starting.

Relax on your bed, elavate your legs by put some pillows under them.. Tkae some motrin, midol, IB profen, or anything you take, possibly even a hot bath.

clutch different kinds of aspirin as such resembling anadin. i use neurofen. if your parents don't know at least share your mum because she will understand an assist you through some bad times i told my mum 2 weeks ago (ive be on for a month now) and she understood and enjoy let me rotten school for 4 days becasue i be in so much dull pain.
also when you go to bed try and by a weatie backpack that you can heat up and put around you belly woks wel.
by and large drink lots of water and you'll be okay
