How do you determine whether you enjoy a unwieldy flow or a restrained one?

i dont know which type of tampons/pads to buy b/c i dont know how much is considered a heavy flow. serve??

Answer:
If you have to adapt your tampon/pad every 1-2 hours, it's heavy. Every 3-4 hours is environment.
usually it depends on the days as well...but when it starts foreboding full in every 2 hours and u inevitability to change, it is unequivocally a heavy flow but if it is around 4 hours it is usually atmosphere...but for some every two hours is common during the first 2 or sometimes 3 days,.i want to change every 2 hours surrounded by both 2nd and 3rd day of my cycle.
How do you determine if you enjoy a heavy or lighting flow? You must measure it on the scramble to determine this. If you tilt the scales then you can assume it will be hard to digest. If you don't then it will be restrained.

You should try and buy the box of tampons that have an assortment of super, regular & slims.

There are other option other than Tampons that most women hold never heard of. I'm a personal hanger-on of "Instead". Instead is a diaphragm like cup to be exact inserted into the vagina and holds the menses until you use the restroom then the cup is empty out. You cannot feel it resembling you can the tampon and sometimes I forget that I'm on my period. Check it out at the site below. Try it, I know you will approaching it. If you do, spread the word and tell adjectives of your friends too.

Good Luck
First, in vocabulary of tampons, make sure you underestimate the amount of flow, because have a tampons that's too absorbant can lead to TSS and clear you very sick.
Start next to a low absorbancy, and if you have to hang on to changing the tampon, next go to a highly developed absorbancy.

With pads, it's similar, but it doesnt situation if the absorbancy is too big. If you are changing your wad alot, then receive one for a heavier flow.
It's really something you have to try and see what works for you.
A unhealthy flow is determined by the number of times you must change your tampon. If you overflow the tampon or wad in smaller amount than three hours, your flow is heavy. If you can keep hold of the same tampon or wad on for more than three plus hours, you have a pale flow.

Hope this will help you.
The bulky flow usually occurs surrounded by the first 2-3 days. If you use pads, they'll obtain full in a few hours.

The street light flow is in the ultimate days of your period and you can wear a wipe for about partially a day next to no problems such as leaking and stuff.

There are women who own a light flow during their together period, and some also hold a heavy flow adjectives the time.

To determine yours, a day when you don't hold to go away, use a tampon made for neutral flow. After 3-4 hours, if you already had "surprises" such as stained pant, your flow is heavy.

Also, to be sure, don't use pallid flow tampons/pads in the first 2-3, I don`t know 4 days of your period. These are the days beside the heaviest flow. If you use heavy flow ones and see that they're not full when you replace them, you can switch to lighter ones.

Once you've done this, the subsequent time you'll know what to do.

Good luck!
A heavy flow is when you hold alot of blood coming out and a light one is when you own only for a moment blood coming out
depends on how much blood you r releasing
