Help somebody else. Ladle food at a soup kitchen, bequeath a homeless person some food (not cash), way of walking dogs at the animal shelter. I guarantee you that after you do something for someone else - even a random exploit of kindness - taking an weak lady's grocery card back to the front of the store, you will perceive better.

listen to music get fresh nouns and talk to some friends perchance they'll help you and if you dont hold friends write in a diary or memoir keep your self inhabited so you dont think more or less wat ever is wrong
in adding up to what everyone else said, try thinking about how much worse things could be for you. similar to whenever i have a impossible day at work, i deem 'at least i own a job, i could be incompetent to work sitting in the hospital', or something resembling that.
you could plan a trip to a place that you have other wanted to drop by...that always cheers me up and it give you something to look forward to!
