Its ok, it is everyday, but avoid salt, as this will basically cause you to retain hose down and bloat, and if you are prone to spots, eat misty chocolate, as it will curb the craving, and will have smaller amount sugar in.

Not everyone does. I tended to turn off food when I be at my heaviest due to the pain I be in!! I'm pregnant very soon and loving it cos I don't have the dread of starting respectively month!!
