i recently cut my hair short like a guy cuz my hair extentions messed up my hair badly. it was pulling my hair out literally. my friend recomended prenatal pill and said that they will make my hair grow healthy and faster. i ntake a multi-vitamin, vitamin c, vitamin e, iron suplement everyday and i want to no if i would have to stop taking those? i also want to no if it would work to grow my hair faster. and also what side effects will the prenatal pill come with? i dont want to be all moody or nething.

A prenatal vitamin is just a normal multi-vitamin that has a bit more of the vitimins that you need for growing a healthy baby (which are similar to the vitimins you use for growing hair). It doesn't have any hormones it it, won't make it easier for you to get pregnant.
Basically pick which multivitamin you want to use - your normal one or the prenatal one, don't take both.
