Your period usually comes every 21 days it is different for everyone.
It can stay for 3 days to a week.
You can diary close to the day if your blemish it on a calender.
You may have:
breast sourness
cramps
Bloating
headache
fatigue
Poor mood swings.
breakouts of acne
Muscle pain
If you find that you are have a heavy flow interval or an irregular period, you can be in motion to the gyno and ask them to put you on birth control.
This may be tough to ask you parents, but explain to them that this will make you more regular and also drastically shrink the symptoms of having your time of year.
