What is the best pill to lift when have menstrual cramps?
Answer:
Aleve actually is stronger after midol and pamprin in amputation cramps- at least that's what my gyno told me. But if you have to pick between pamprin and midol i would pick midol for sure! i get the worst cramps every month and pamprin doesn't even oblige me one bit but midol always does the trick. But that's individual if i'm out of Aleve. :)
i personaly like pamprin but midol works too
I pinch midol, and it helps markedly much!
honestly, i think the pills don't work highly well. when i receive cramps i eat bananas - they really abet because of the potassium.
I like Ibuprofen, but you entail to eat when you pinch it or it tears you up. Ibuprofen works differently than like Midol or Tylenol, neither of which I hold found to take away the headache. Hope this helps, cramps stink!
This sounds dumb, but exercise and caffine. Haha If you HAVE to transport a pill, I'd say Aleeve (sp?) or Tylenol.
Midon works and final 12 hrs, but to be honest birth control helps minimize cramps.
ably idk
b/c i never get cramps(lucky me )
but i enjoy heard that advil, tylenol are good((((i suggest to put something heat on your abdomen or hold a warm tub or get up and do activites))))
i hope that when you win cramps they go away :)
