I usually have a period every 28 days,26 days at least apart. For the past two months they changed to every 24days. for the period i had 2 times ago i spotted before i started which ive never done before. Well i ended my last period 12days ago and it looks like i started my period already. I feel really nauseated today but i'm not cramping. What could it be? should I see my gynocologist? this doesn't mean i'm infertile does it? I've never been pregnant before and My fiance and I plan on starting our family in the next couple of years and i'm really worried. Thanks for all of your help!

You definately need to see your doctor. It could mean many things but spotting between periods in not normal. Could you be pregnant now? You need to have an annual exam to check for abnormal bloodwork, pap smear,pregnancy, etc. If your doctor does not find anything he may order an ultra sound to check to make sure you dont have polyps, cysts, etc.
