But most people "miss gas" on average of 14 times a day.

Farting is a sign of you not being decent. You fart because of trapt air contained by your stomach, it got in attendance because you ate too fast. Use some gas x or beno and do what the dr.'s say aloud and chew your food atleast 20 times before swallowing. You'll also be full rotten of less food because you're giving your body the time it requests to digest.

I really presume that it's impossible not to fart. It's a natural piece of your digestion, I mean, the gas that builds up contained by your stomach and intestines HAS to go somewhere, otherwise you might explode!!

Farting is a 'by-product' of gas moving through your intestines from what you have eat; spicy foods, foods that tend to produce 'gas'. To answer your question, no, it's superfluous to fart daily to stay forceful. Not everyone has a bowel movement every year either, but that's a different subject. Good luck.

No i don't guess that you have to fart everyday to be wan.It is something that happens fron your body.It is not someting that you do.Just when it comes tolerate it go away,don't hold it,expect you are with others.
