Could be an infection but the specialist will help you to try and amount out what could be causing this.

You did the right thing by making an appointment , although I would enjoy recommended the ER.Your bleeding will depend on how far along you were, but to me it sounds approaching an infection. You might just call for a d&c ( dilation and curettage).If you aren't in the mrdical pen , it means that they will travel into your uterus w/ a athin,sharp instrument and scrap the bin liner. This done when ( as far miscarriages go ) when in that still is material disappeared i.e. placenta, etc. inside of you. I strogly recommend that you go to the ER if you hold any of the folllowing: fever,chills, severe throbbing , heavy bleeding ( saturate ayour pad in an hour for more than 2 hours). Also I recommend that you don't have sex for at most minuscule 2 weeks, and that you don't use tampons. With that I wish you worthy health and apt luck.
Sorry to sound really awful but are you sure it be a full miscarriage as i am wandering if as you get severe pains surrounded by your side etc and this would emphasise any bleeding if this is the case you will call for this sorting out as you could risk an infection. Good Luck
