Questions something like tampons...?

ok, so im 13 years old and i get ,my period closing year in january so ive have it for about 2 years... the first time i used a tampon be august of last year... my mom have to put it in for me and she said how to do it briefly because we didnt own any time... so i barely know how to insert one in... this year my mom skilled me how to and i tried but i just couldnt result in it felt mortified. i got so desperate that i begin to practice it, but it still wouldnt go surrounded by, and i even tried really hard to concentrate and be relaxed. it newly wouldnt go contained by! any tricks please, tell me how you one-sidedly do it! sorry for the long story and thank you so much!

attain those with the plastic applicators
(now don't chuckle, this is how my older sister qualified me and she was an RN)
lay on the floor near your knees up (feet on th e floor) and slightly apart.
lift your butt a short time ago alittle and when take a low breath, then blow it out and insert.

i hope this works for you!! one article though -- if you don't really have to use them - in attendance are some great pads out here that aren't the "mouse mattresses" of my youth. if you get the tampon entity down pat, every douple cycles you should use the pads and consent to your system flush itself out like it's supposed too.
i hold the same problem but i found that using a lower absorbancy help im 13 and have the hardest time
use a reguler one or in that are some made for teens. there is a sheet of dissertation in respectively box that tell you how to insert it. it is easier if you squat too.it shows you that on the piece of thesis inside the box.
Try putting one leg on the tub or something while standing and squat a little it make it easyer and use slender for sure.
They can be harmful to ur strength so if you dont need them dont use them till you know how to and you rework them often!
