You are 12. You are nowhere NEAR finished growing, so don't be within such a hurry to grow up.
That said, massage promotes better circulation, which "may" breed a (very slight) difference in breast size. However, with the sole purpose hormones can make breasts grow considerably. And your body will single produce these hormones when it's ready to.
