Period freshly come?

ok well my term just come im 13 but ive had it until that time but im going swimming in for a moment its light since its my first daytime this month can i still wear a tampon?

Answer:
No reason why you shouldn't use tampons even when the flow is bedside light. You may want to use a water soluble lubricant if insertion is a bit difficult, but it shouldn't really be a problem.

Flow may get hold of heavier with the exercise anyway, and swimming is much more pleasant and worry-free near tampons. When I was a girl we be told the flow stops in hose down and some of us found out the very embarassing strong way this purely isn't so all of the time.

In the adjectives, you might want to carry a insubstantial days and a regular absorbency with you of late in luggage. Applicatorless tampons, while a little more difficult to swot up to use, are very tiny and natural to carry surrounded by your purse or a pocket, as small as a chapstick tube.

Have a good swim.
